Stop email fraud before it costs you.
Most invoice fraud doesn't come from a fake email address. It comes from a real mailbox that someone else has quietly taken over. We find the gaps in your Microsoft 365 that let it happen, and close them.
Read-only review · plain-English report · no changes without your OK
Three quiet steps between a stolen password and a stolen payment.
They get in
A phishing link, a reused password, or a bot guessing passwords around the clock. An account without MFA is all it takes.
They hide and stay
A hidden inbox rule moves replies out of sight. Mail gets forwarded outside. A connected "app" is given ongoing access to the mailbox.
They send the invoice
"Updated bank details" goes out from your real account, inside a real email thread, to a customer with no reason to doubt it.
Resetting the password doesn't always get them out. App access and hidden rules can survive a reset. We've found attacker access still in place long after a company thought the problem was fixed.
Ask your IT person these three questions this week.
Does every account have MFA?
Including shared mailboxes, info@, and accounts for people who left.
Which apps can read our mail?
Third-party apps that someone clicked "Accept" on, maybe years ago.
Are any rules moving our mail?
Inbox rules or settings that forward, hide or delete messages.
If the answer is "I'm not sure," that's your answer.
The places attackers actually use.
Sign-in protection
MFA for every account, admin accounts, and an emergency access account.
Mailbox rules & forwarding
Hidden rules, outside forwarding and risky mail-flow settings.
Connected apps
Third-party apps with access to mail and files, and who approved them.
Sign-in history
Where people really sign in from, and who's trying passwords against you.
Devices
Computers and phones registered to your company, including ones nobody recognizes.
Old doors left open
Legacy sign-in methods, stale accounts and leftover settings attackers rely on.
Find it. Fix it. Keep it fixed.

The Check is read-only. Nothing changes in your system until you've seen the findings and said yes.
Every change can be undone
Each setting is backed up before it's changed, checked afterward, and logged so it can be reversed.
Reports owners can read
What's wrong, why it matters, and what to fix first, with the technical detail kept in an appendix for IT.
Built from real incident work
Our checks come from cleaning up real email break-ins, not from a generic checklist.
Think someone's in your email right now?
Don't wait. Call us, and call your cyber insurer too, because incident costs are often covered. Don't delete anything: the evidence helps.
